Main Responsibilities:
▸ Defining project steps, tasks and requirements
▸ Creating schedules; communicating and tracking timelines and milestones
▸ Establish and document business processes, both internally and externally with clients
▸ Provide support as needed by the Senior and/or Principal Project Manager
▸ Support project-related research
▸ Act as direct interface with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
▸ Understand and interpret client needs and support the development of detailed SOWs
▸ Executing project tasks to support client needs, meeting or exceeding operating KPIs, processes and expectations through quality workBasic Qualifications:
▸ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
▸ Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
▸ Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods
▸ Strong relationship management skills – ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and responsible for establishing and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
▸ Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information about our clients’ brand history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
▸ Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment
▸ Team-player able to develop great relationships with co-workers and client staff
▸ Proactive and take the initiative to problem-solve and/or mitigate risk(s)Preferred Qualifications:
▸ Strong ability to problem solve utilizing creative and different approaches
